The Tianavaig Restaurant Skye
The Tianavaig Restaurant Skye offers stunning views of Portree bay and has a seating capacity of 40 diners. The restaurant offers a large variety of Skye local produce including freshly caught seafood such as Scallops, Langoustines, Mussels, Salmon and more. We also regularly have Scottish favourites such as Venison and Haggis on the menu and our head chef prepares an ever changing specials menu with a wide variety to suit all tastes.
We also have a wide selection of wine available to complement any dining experience in our Tianavaig Restaurant Skye. We have fantastic wines such as the Malbec Goyenechea from Argentina featuring nutty aromas with a hint of spice. For those preferring a white wine we recommend the Muscadet Sur Lie Vieilles Vignes, an old favourite classic Muscadet which is refreshing, dry and fruity. The perfect accompaniment for one of our stunning seafood dishes. Our wines are available as bottles, half bottles or large and small glasses. Please ask our front of house team for recommendations on wine to best compliment your meal.
Once you have finished your meal why not enjoy an evening walk around the capital of the Isle of Skye Portree. Just a mile away is the Scorrybreac walk circuit which goes out towards Portree Bay before looping back to Portree. You might have a chance to see a selection of wildlife and sealife and the backdrop of the Cuillin Mountain Range offers fantastic photo opportunities.
